We realized very early that to put in place the most effective manufacturing process to manufacture quality forged components cost effectively , we needed in -house ability to modify, overhaul , design and build special purpose machines. We slowly and steadily developed this capability and nurtured it over the years. Today, we have a fully equipped machine tool design and production division. We have over the years upgraded and produced a large number of special purpose machines not only for our own requirements but also to cater to the needs of the entire Hero group.
With our ability to modify, overhaul and build special purpose machine tools,we are able to improve the manufacturing process continuously in a number of ways to enhance the quality as well as to reduce the cost . Some of these are:
